ADDY ACEPTANCE MUSICWe're changing things up this year, and playing some music for when you march up on stage to accept your awards. But why should you do your walk of fame to some cheesy canned elevator music, when what really gets your blood pumping is a little AC/DC or Jay Z? (Or, if it suits your tastes, Avril Lavigne.) We're trying to get some more energy into the room on the night of the awards.So start thinking now about what music you'd like to strut your stuff to, should you be lucky enough to win an ADDY this year. The same unique song will be played each time a company wins, but please indicate your three top choices. It's first come, first serve, so get your choices in early. Song preferences are due by or at ADDY drop-off, Thursday, January 17th, between 3pm and 7pm, Common Room, Whitaker Campus Center, Hood College. To submit your song preferences, you can download a PDF of the submission form and bring a printed copy with you to ADDY drop-off. Printed forms will also be available on site. To provide your music, bring either an audio CD or a data CD with your selected .mp3 file. You may also email your song file to emily@jeanpetersondesign.com. Make sure you provide a non-rights-managed .mp3 file (translation: it needs to be able to play on any computer without authorization). Please keep your selection to the "clean" versions of songs, and start practicing your victory dance now! |
